  • Tyres must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.
  • Any return must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

b.) Services (Fitting, Repairs, etc.)

  • Once a service has been completed (e.g., tyre fitting, puncture repair, wheel balancing), no refund will be issued unless there is a proven fault in workmanship.
  • If there is an issue, we will first offer to inspect and rectify the problem.

c.) Incorrect or Faulty Products

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours.
  • We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund where applicable.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before the service is performed or tyres are fitted.
  • If cancelled in time, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a booking slot has been reserved and cancelled at short notice, an administration fee may apply.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the Dojo Payment Gateway.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Tyres that have been fitted, used, or damaged after purchase
  • Services that have already been completed satisfactorily
  • Issues arising from normal wear and tear or misuse
  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice
